On behalf of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Chen Hao extended a warm welcome to the leaders and guests, congratulated the new leading body of Huzhou Women Entrepreneurs Association, and thanked the majority of women entrepreneurs for their strong support to Huzhou's reform and development over the years. He said that enterprises and entrepreneurs are important forces driving economic and social development. Many outstanding entrepreneurs possess five qualities: broad vision, courage to act, eagerness to learn, integrity, and perseverance. For outstanding women entrepreneurs, there are three more unique qualities: the demeanor of being no less than men, the tenacity of combining firmness with gentleness, and the wisdom of balancing multiple responsibilities. In the new era and new journey, it is hoped that the majority of women entrepreneurs will maintain the initiative to "keep abreast of new knowledge", adapt to the new situation, learn new knowledge, seize new opportunities, and truly promote the stable and long-term development of enterprises through the improvement of cognitive ability; ignite the spark of "innovation", while deepening their core businesses, continue to carry forward the spirit of courage to explore, try and strive during the initial entrepreneurship, vigorously promote technological innovation, management innovation and model innovation, and achieve "leading all the way" in enterprise development through "taking one step ahead" in innovation; accelerate the pace of "renewal", actively participate in the wave of industrial renewal, speed up transformation and upgrading, eliminate backward production capacity, so as to make enterprises more competitive, more potential and more growing, and inject strong momentum into Huzhou's green development; create "newer" achievements, with the attitude of "striving for excellence through solid work · I am part of the struggle", display their talents on the main battlefield of economic construction, burst into wisdom at the forefront of innovation-driven development, pass on warmth on the road of public welfare, and be the most beautiful spokespersons for "Seeing Beautiful China in Huzhou". The Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will always take the voices of entrepreneurs as the first signal, the concerns of entrepreneurs as the first perspective, and the recognition of entrepreneurs as the first standard, continue to build a business environment that "enterprises feel most satisfied with", and make every effort to provide support like holding an umbrella in the rain, sending charcoal in the snow, and shading from the scorching sun for everyone.
The congress reviewed and adopted relevant documents including the work report of the 6th Council of Huzhou Women Entrepreneurs Association, commended a group of outstanding female Hushang entrepreneurs, Tong Xiaoye, Chairman of Zhejiang Conceptfe New Material Technology Co., Ltd., was awarded the "Outstanding Female Hushang · Emerging Innovation Award" .
