The selection of hidden champions in Zhejiang Province this time is to implement the Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on Carrying out the "Eagle Action" to cultivate hidden champion enterprises (Zhezhengban Fa [2019] No. 28), and in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Organizing the Application Work for Hidden Champions and Cultivating Enterprises in 2020 issued by the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, it has been voluntarily applied by enterprises, reviewed by the organizational form of the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, evaluated by experts, and publicly announced.

On August 30, 2021, the third batch of national specialized, refined, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise award ceremony was held at the Great Hall of the People in Zhejiang Province.
