Product classification:
Molded board: Made by using suspended polytetrafluoroethylene resin for molding, sintering, and cooling, it is divided into pure board and filled board (color board, copper powder board, fiberglass board, graphite board, carbon fiber board, black board, carbon powder board, polystyrene board, anti-static board, etc.).
Turning continuous rolling plate/turning strip: Made by turning polytetrafluoroethylene blanks.
Turning plate: Cut and flatten the turning continuous rolling plate.
Sodium treatment board: Surface sodium treatment is applied to the dimensions required by the customer, divided into single-sided and double-sided sodium treatment.
Product features:
1. Low and high temperature resistance (-180 ℃ -+260 ℃)
2. Corrosion and climate resistance
3. High lubrication and non adhesion
4. Non toxic
5. Incombustibility
6. Acid and alkali resistance (excluding molten alkali metals)
7. Antioxidant properties.
Product Usage:
1. Chemical containers and sinks made by welding
2. Anti stick materials used for machinery, construction, traffic bridge sliders, guide rails, etc
3. Produce various sealing materials, etc;
4. According to customer requirements, add different filling materials to enhance the required performance.
